1. General Provisions

Welcome to Cocoa Atelier. By accessing our website, booking a workshop, reserving a tasting experience, or purchasing items from our shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Workshop and Tasting Bookings

All reservations for our hands-on workshops and curated tasting sessions are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
  • Late Arrivals: Sessions begin promptly. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may not be admitted to ensure a quality experience for all guests, and are not eligible for a refund.
  • Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

3. Shop Purchases and Delivery

Our artisanal chocolate products are crafted with care and dispatched promptly. Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our items, all shop sales are generally considered final.

  • If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, photography, branding, and text associated with Cocoa Atelier are the exclusive intellectual property of the business. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
